Registration CANCUN 70.3

I registered last week for my first Half-Ironman 70.3 miles (1.2 mile open water swim, 56 mile bike ride, 13.1 run)- to make it even better it's in CANCUN! I have 8 months to train- RACE DAY:  Sunday, Sept 19.  I have set a goal (besides finishing injury free) of 6 hours.
Tri on!

  1. Be more positive! You can do it! You always tell me how you beat your scores from races the year before, so just think of it in regards to that... how much faster do you need to run than you did last time? I have faith in your abilities! You have an excellent support group and they will help you meet your goal. You know i will help with the boys if you want. And... YOU'RE GOING TO CANCUN!!!! :)

  6. Rhonda,
Good Luck in the Ironman race. Sounds really fun but tiring. It makes me tired even thinking about it. Atleast once it's over you can enjoy yourself a bit in Cancun. Thats awesome. Hope to see all of you soon. You Go Girl! Brock & Betsy
