Groundhog's Day

6 more weeks of winter, really?  Guess I'll have to make the best of it.

Workout:
Strength Training-1 hour (weights with Kelly)
Core Workout- 1/2 hour (Amy's awesome ab class)
Cycle- 10 m  (spin bike 10 min random hills)
